1:30 – 2:15 pm                   Speaker 1:  CSA Speaker Thomas McLemore from Bedoukian will be showcasing a diverse range of flavor chemicals that can enhance beverage and chocolate products.

2:15 – 3:00 pm                 Speaker 2:  Jaggard Scholarship Winner Chris Reusz from the University of North Carolina will be presenting on the Role of Sensory and Physical Properties of Cream and Neufchatel Cheese on Consumer Perception.

3:00 – 3:15 pm                Break

3:15 – 4:00 pm                Speaker 3:  Flavor Trends Shaping Today’s Beverage – Micah Greenhill is the Senior Marketing Director of Non Alcoholic Beverages at ADM, where he has spent the past 11 years focused almost entirely on the beverage industry.  Micah will provide an overview of the flavor trends shaping today’s beverage landscape, with insights across a variety of key segments—including energy drinks, waters, carbonated soft drinks (CSDs), and more.

4:00 – 4:45 pm                Speaker 4:  FlavScents – Tony Moore will be providing an update on FlavScents!  A collaborative compendium of flavor and fragrance materials information.  We will be getting an understanding of the website, how it works and how we as an industry can contribute to the success and content for the future of the site!

5:00 – 6:00 pm              Happy Hour
