Food Safety: A Cultural Must
Food safety ranks higher on the list of concerns in all sectors of the food industry than ever before. There’s no choice but for it to be a key part of a company’s culture. To make it more confusing, there are many interpretations of what’s required. Bob Bauer, president of the Association of Food Industries, will present an overview of the Food Safety Modernization Act, while addressing the sometimes-conflicting regulatory and commercial realities.
