The “Library Master List” is a document that lists our collection of books and other publication related to flavors, flavoring ingredients, and the flavor industry. At the present time there are more than 1,600 publications entered.
Alphabetized by title, the Master List is in the following column format: Title, Author, Call Number, Publisher and Date, Person or Source of donation, and Comments.
